We see Executive Search as a development tool for the organisations we work with and this is an approach that places us at the opposite extreme from the business of "trading" in qualified personnel.
As professionals in the recruitment of high-level executives and specialists by “direct approach”, we rely essentially on our personal networks to identify profiles that could be of interest, depending on the assignments entrusted to us. These networks have been established not only here in Geneva but also internationally in all the main financial markets with a reputation for private wealth and asset management.
Our key distinguishing feature is the fact that the great majority of the contracts entrusted to us come from clients who are looking to develop a new activity, whether in services or markets. Therefore, we are generally able to offer the potential applicants we identify the possibility of developing or taking part in the establishment of a project. We take great care to present the competitive values of these projects and we select our applicants not only on the basis of their professional skills but also on their capacity and desire to adopt these values. We believe that, at a certain level of seniority, this is the best way to ensure that the recruitment is a success.

REPRESENTATIVE MANDATES
- Objective: to manage a recruitment mandate intended to strengthen the prime strategic market (Private Banking) of a major player.
Execution:- conduct and submit to the client a quasi-systematic study of the strengths and resources of the competition
- choose a tactical action plan
- recruit a team of RMs for a sub-market not yet developed by the bank.
- Objective: global mandate to develop new and interesting markets for a private bank.
Execution:- identify the opportunities for the bank
- pursue direct approaches to various teams of private bankers in different markets
- draw up business plans with the candidates
- finalise the recruitment with the client.
- Objectives: to recruit top executives (for subsidiaries, branches, etc.), heads of markets and senior managers.
Execution: in accordance with our usual methodology- understand the client’s needs and corporate culture
- understand and/or define the success criteria for the functions concerned
- pre-selection, direct approach, evaluation, presentation and finalisation.
- Objectives: to recruit several specialists in Asset Management in order to complete the investment department: advisors for the UHNW segment, investment counsellors, strategists and fixed income managers, portfolio managers, etc.
Execution: in accordance with our usual methodology- understand the client’s needs and corporate culture
- understand and/or define the success criteria for the functions concerned
- pre-selection, direct approach, evaluation, presentation and finalisation.
- Objective: to develop a new strategic market from scratch for a private bank in Geneva.
Execution :- draw up a business plan with the client to start an activity that is both onshore and offshore, by setting up a declared asset management centre within the Geneva bank
- test the quality and relevance of the plan on the market
- acquire a team of specialists to bring the project into being.
- Objective: to implement a new business model for the Swiss private banking division of a global player.
Execution :- define with the client the main responsibilities of the three key functions of the business model (Private Banker, Investment Consultant, Global Wealth Consultant), on the basis of the specificities of the covered markets
- market the competitive values of the business model to a target population
- recruit high level professionals to implement this business model.
- Objective: to implement a new service (asset management) dedicated to UHNWIs and captains of industry for a major player.
Execution :- monitor the competition
- define with the client the success criteria for the activity (resources and areas of expertise mobilized, positioning, organisation and operation)
- recruit certain of the executives needed for the new division.
