Practicalities
The missions entrusted to us are the object of a clear contract between Impact Partners and the client.
Our assignments are on an exclusive basis and for a limited period of time.
Consulting-recruitment and simple recruitment missions are invoiced, on the basis of the three thirds rule and thirty per cent (30%) of the remuneration of each candidate engaged. The client does not face any additional expense for advice upstream of recruitment.
Consulting missions are generally invoiced on the basis of a lump-sum fee negotiated with the client, taking into consideration the quantity and difficulty of the resulting work for Impact Partners.
