After a Masters degree in International Relations, Patricia Torres began her career in the finance industry, as a Wealth Planner within UBS. Then, she decided to take the responsibility of a client book in the High Net Worth Iberian market. Her tasks included customer acquisition, advising clients and developing investment strategies. Willing to serve customers with a Family-Office approach, she then joined the Ultra High Net Worth desk, Middle East.
From 2011 onwards, she developed her career in coaching and consulting in the field of management and recruitment. Innovation and entrepreneurship are at the heart of her approach. To complement her range of skills, she successfully completed a MBA in Entrepreneurship & Business Development at the University of Geneva.
Certified Coach (ICI), Mediation graduate (IUKB), Management Consultant with eleven years of expertise in the banking industry, Patricia works with executives of banking and financial institutions. She assists companies in identifying their corporate culture, defining their mission and shared values as well as a federating governance. She optimizes their practices in talent development, management, human resources and conflict resolution.
